Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the development of an end-to-end AI/ML model creation and deployment platform. In this role, you will focus on building tools and automation that support a variety of ML use cases, including demand forecasting, supply chain planning, personalization, recommendations, and generative AI applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to tackle complex problems using advanced technologies. Bring your expertise to our team and help shape and improve our culture! • Collaborate closely with product and engineering managers to design and implement ML solutions that drive significant business impact. 
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that is easy to iterate on and scale. 
• Foster a culture of constructive feedback by both giving and receiving feedback to help improve team performance and outcomes. 
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, processes, and patterns in practical, real-world scenarios. 
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the entire system fits together, both at a high level and in your specific area of responsibility, to ensure seamless integration across teams. 

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on deploying ML/AI solutions to production. 
• Proven track record of implementing high-quality, scalable systems. 
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning techniques and operations. 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical challenges. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience working with public cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. 
• English on conversational level (B2 and higher).

• Experience writing and debugging SQL queries. 
• Familiarity with data orchestration platforms like Airflow, Luigi, or similar tools.
